How We Use Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your lyrics to train AI models. Your lyrics are sent to Anthropic's Claude API solely for the purpose of generating feedback in real time and are subject to Anthropic's data processing terms, which prohibit training on API inputs.

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored using Supabase, a hosted database platform with encryption at rest and in transit. The application is deployed on Vercel. We implement reasonable security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication flows, and access controls. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Third-Party Services

Songmatter uses the following third-party services that may process your data:

Children's Privacy

Songmatter is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete it promptly.

International Data Transfers

Your data may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. By using Songmatter, you consent to the transfer of your data to these jurisdictions. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for international transfers in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
